NEW EARRINGS

My boyfriends mom went to Bosnia and she brought me these beautiful earrings. I like them so much. They are so much my style and the green colour is a perfect match for my greenish eyes. The tassels are also so cute. I've also noticed that tassels and fringe are coming back in fashion little by little. I was inspired to try colorful eye shadow with the earrings but I'm not sure if I like it. Usually I wear brown and beige eye shadows and might put some black eye liner so the brighter colours are not so natural for me in my make up. Anyways the green eye makeup looks okay in the pictures because the camera somehow dissipates the makeup. This makeup looks much more dramatic in real life. 

About earrings I think I should use more of them. I have three holes in both of my ears and I always wear the same golden or silver rings. I seem to forget that earrings are accessories as well and I am able to change them.

Poikaystäväni äiti oli käymässä Bosniassa ja toi minulle tuliaisena nämä ihanat korvakorut. Tykkään niistä todella paljon. Ovat nimittäin juuri mun tyyliset ja vihreä väri sopii täydellisesti vihreään vivahtavien silmieni kanssa. Tupsut ovat myös söpöt. Tupsut ja erilaiset hapsut ovat pikku hiljaa tulossa taas muotiin ja esim. olen nähnyt tänä kesänä jo paljon hapsuteemaa kaupoissa. Intouduin kokeilemaan värillistä luomiväriä korvakorujen kanssa, mutta en ole varma pidänkö siitä. Yleensä käytän vain ruskean ja beigen sävyjä silmämeikissä ja saatan rajata silmät mustalla, joten kirkkaammat värit eivät ole minulle niin luontevia meikissä. Joka tapauksessa vihreä silmämeikki näyttää kuvissa ihan hyvältä mielestäni, koska kamera jotenkin aina häivyttää meikkiä pois. Tämä meikki näyttää luonnossa paljon dramaattisemmalta. 

Korvakoruista vielä, niitä pitäisi käyttää paljon monipuolisemmin. Minulla on kolme reikää molemmissa korvissani ja aina niissä roikkuu samat kulta sekä hopearenkaat ja nappikorvikset. Jotenkin unohdan että myös korvakorut ovat asusteita ja niitä voi vaihdella.

KEW BOTANIC GARDENS

Last week I visited this lovely place Kew botanic gardens in western part of London. Without the London pass I would have not come to this place but luckily I had the London pass booklet where I found so many interesting attractions. Kew gardens is basically a really big park with a lot of different types of little gardens, greenhouses, trees and historic houses. There is palm green house, Japanese garden, sky bridge in the level of tree tops, stone garden and these are just a few places. The area is really big. It is wise to engage one day just to this place because there is so much to see and you just don't want to leave this peaceful beautiful and almost magical place. I also recommend taking picnic supplies because Kew gardens make a perfect place for picnic. There is a two three restaurants there also if you don't want to carry the picnic stuff. Lovely place to go with the kids as well as I saw so many families there and kids being so enthusiastic about the place. Without further words let the photos tell the story.

Pari viikkoa sitten kävin Kew:n kasvitieteellisessä puutarhassa Länsi-Lontoossa. Ilman London pass:ia en varmaan olisi edes tajunnut tulla tänne, mutta London pass infokirjasesta löysin monia mielenkiintoisia nähtävyyksiä, kuten tämän. Kew:n puutarha on oikeastaan iso puisto, jonka sisällä erityyppisiä pieniä puutarhoja, kasvihuoneita, puita ja historiallisia rakennuksia. Löytyy palmukasvihuonetta, japanilaista puutarhaa, kävelysiltaa puunlatvojen korkeudessa, kivipuutarhaa vain muutamia nimetäkseni. Alue on todella iso. Kannattaa varata Kew:lle kokonainen päivä, sillä nähtävää on sen verran ja kauniista rauhallisesta jopa hieman taianomaisesta puistosta ei haluaisi lähteä pois. Suosittelen myös eväiden ja pikniktarvikkeiden mukaanottamista, sillä Kew puutarha on täydellinen paikka piknikille. Alueelta löytyy myös pari kolme ravintolaa, mikäli ei jaksa järkätä piknik juttuja mukaan. Loistava paikka myös lapsiperheille, sillä näin monia perheitä puistossa ja lapset olivat aivan innoissaan paikasta. Pidemmittä puheitta antaa kuvien puhua puolestaan.

ATTRACTIONS

Just now found these pictures from my computer even though they have been taken about two or three weeks ago. My parents came to London a few weeks ago for three days. On one day we did some overall London sight seeing by driving with the tourist bus and taking the Thames river cruise. The sight seeing tourist buses are really convenient because you get the bus tour and river cruise in the same price and you can drive with the bus as much as you like for 24 hours. You can hop in and hop out whenever you want. In the bus tour you also get to see the most important sights and may create an overall image of central London. It was such a lovely sunny day. The sun was so strong that day that we all got a bit burned after sitting in the second floor of the bus. In the London sight seeing tour buses there is no roof in second floor in most of the buses so sun shines directly to you. My parents chose good time to come to London as the weather was good on those three days. 

In these pictures there can be seen few attractions. Tower bridge and London city hall in the first two and the Shard in the third picture.And of course the river Thames is flowing back of me.  The Shard is the tallest building in Europe and when looking at it is difficult really to understand the size of it. Always when I see tall buildings like these I wonder how human beings can build something like that. Construction workers who make buildings like that can't at least not be afraid of the heights. I wore this simple and casual outfit for the day and did the right choice with the shorts as it was hot that day. Also wearing the comfy aerosoles shoes and the backpack.

Löysin nämä kuvat koneeltani vasta nyt, vaikka näiden ottamisesta on jo pari kolme viikkoa aikaa, Tosiaan vanhempani tulivat kolmeksi päiväksi Lontooseen käymään muutama viikko sitten. Yksi päivä päätettiin käyttää nähtävyyksien katseluun ja Lontooseen tutustumiseen. Helpoin tapa saada kokonaiskuvaa kaupungista ja nähdä nopeasti tärkeimpiä nähtävyyksiä on tietenkin ostaa lippu turisti bussiin. Tuolloin oli ihana aurinkoinen päivä. Aurinko porotti niin vahvasti, että hieman paloimme kaikki, sillä istuimme bussin toisessa kerroksessa. Turistibusseissa ei ole ollenkaan kattoa, joten aurinkoisina päivinä kannattaisi suojautua hyvin auringon säteiltä, mitä me emme tietenkään tajunneet tehdä. Ensi kerralla sitten. Vanhempani valitsivat hvyän ajankohdan tulla Lontooseen sillä sää oli hyvä kaikkina kolmena päivänä heidän ollessaan täällä. 

Näissä kuvissa näky taustalla muutamia nähtävyyksiä. Kahdessa ensimmäisessä näkyy Tower Bridge ja London city hall ja kolmannessa The Shard kohoo korkeuksiin. Ainiin ja tietenkin Thames jokihan se siellä takanani myös virtaa. Shard on Euroopan korkein rakennus ja vaikka sitä katsoisikin etäisyyden päästä kokoa on silti vaikea hahmottaa. Mietin aina tuollaisia korkeita rakennuksia katsoessani miten me ihmiset oikein osaamme pystyttää sellaisia ja ei ainakaan voi olla kovin korkean paikan kammoinen rakennusmies tuollaisia rakentamassa. Asu oli tuona päivänä yksinkertainen ja arkinen. Sortsit olivat oikea valinta, sillä oli kuuma päivä kierrellessämme kaupungilla. Jalassa myös mukavat aerosoles kengät ja laukkuna toimi reppu.

Enjoying good food in Italian restaurant. Everything was delicious but the antipasti we're my favourite. 

Italialaisessa ravintolassa nauttimassa hyvästä ruuasta. Kaikki oli herkullista, mutta antipastit olivat vaan jotain superhyvää.

Viikonloppuna oli vähän matkaevästä metrossa, kun oltiin matkalla keskustaan. Taisi olla ensimmäinen kerta kun pikkulaukustani löytyi mini viinipullo.

CROP TOP AND CHEETAH PANTS

These cheetah pants are one of my favourites. I have got a thing for cheetah pattern for sure but I also like the model of these pants. High waist and delicately snug fit appeals to me. I paired them with this crop top as the high waist pants makes a really nice combo with a short top. The colour of the top isn't showing proper in these photos but is actually light pastel yellow. (Sorry for the bad quality of the pictures! Wish I would get a proper camera soon!!) I bought the crop top from Forever21 and I also bought one in white because I couldn't decide which colour I like the best. Here I wear a very similar outfit with the white one which actually looks same like in these pictures.

I can't believe it is only one day left and we leave to Bulgaria with Stefan. Last time I travelled there was two years ago in 2013 when there was my parents sister and me. This year it is going to be so much fun because I get to stay there almost a month and my sister and her boyfriend are going to come there as well. I start to feel a little blue for leaving London. I like London so much and two months have gone by too quickly. This final week here I've just been relaxing and preparing everything for Bulgaria. I had so much stuff here and have shopped a lot more that I even had to send two parcels to Finland to avoid paying huge amounts in the airport. Anyway it has been a great summer so far and will continue in Bulgaria.

Nämä gepardikuvioiset housut ovat yhdet suosikeistani, Tykkään gepardikuviosta muutenkin. Liittyyköhän jotenkin siihen että kissat on mielestäni niin ihania. Housujen korkeavyötäröinen ja hienovaraisesti tyköistuva malli on myös mieleeni. Käytän housuja joskus myös niin, että lasken vyötäröä hieman alemmas ja silloin ne muistuttavat porkkanamallisia housuja. Yhdistin housut tämän lyhyen paidan kanssa, sillä korkeavyötäröiset housut ja lyhyt paita muodostavat kivan ja naisellisen yhdistelmän. Topin väri ei näy kunnolla näissä kuvissa, mutta on siis vaalea pastellikeltainen. (Pahoittelut kuvien huonosta laadusta! Toivottavasti saisin pian kunnon kameran!!) Ostin paidan Forever21:sta. Ostin myös toisen valkoisessa värissä, sillä en osannut päättää kummasta pidin enemmän. Tässä hyvin samanhenkinen asu valkoisen paidan kanssa, joka näyttää lähes samalta kuin tämä keltainen näissä kuvissa.

En voi uskoa, että vain päivän päästä lähdemme Stefanin kanssa Bulgariaan. Viimeksi kävin siellä pari vuotta sitten, elokuussa 2013 perheen kanssa. Tänä vuonna tulee olemaan niin kivaa, koska saan olla Bulgariassa melkein kuukauden ja siskoni poikaystävineen on myös tulossa samoihin aikoihin. Olo alkaa olla hieman haikea Lontoosta lähdön vuoksi. Olen viihtynyt täällä niin hyvin ja kaksi kuukautta ovat menneet todella nopeasti. Nyt viimeisellä Lontoon viikollani olen vaan rentoutunut ja valmistellut juttuja Bulgariaa varten. Minulla oli niin paljon tavaraa mukana ja olen shoppaillut jonkun verran lisääkin, niin piti lähettää kaksi paketti Suomeen, ettei mene ihan älyttömiä ylipainomaksuja lentokentällä. Joka tapauksessa on ollut ihana kesä tähän asti joka tulee jatkumaan Bulgariassa.
